I agree to show up at the scheduled shoot time previously agreed upon. If any changes are to be made they must be done 24 hours in advance- unless due to weather concerns, or other emergency circumstances. I agree to communicate with my photographer if I will not be attending our shoot on time or at all. If client fails to inform the photographer in advance, client agrees to pay for the full shoot time. If client is late, they must pay for the full shoot time scheduled, regardless of the actual shoot runtime, unless the photographer also fails to show at scheduled time as well. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance (unless due to weather or the photographer's failure to meet as scheduled) are subject to a non-refundable fee of 50% of the shoot total, to pay for the reservation of the photographer's time.

I understand that editing and post-production lighting, color, and cropping alterations are a vital portion of the photographer's artistic and stylistic components of their work. Therefore, I understand that any request for unedited or unfiltered images will be denied. Additional changes and edits may be requested either before or after receiving the photo gallery, and will be either met or denied upon review by the photographer.

I agree not to make additional edits (including but not limited to: filters, Facetune alterations, presets, or photoshop) on top of any final photos received, to protect the integrity of the photographer's work.

I understand that technology complications can arise causing delay or loss of content. If content or memory from the shoot is lost, I will receive either a partial or full refund, depending on the amount of content lost. I agree not to hold the photographer liable for technological mishaps. I will not be charged for content or photos that I do not receive.

I understand that my gallery will be held online in the Pixieset gallery album for one month after the photos are sent out to the client. I have this time frame to download, share, print, and store to my personal devices and storage. Afterwards the photographer may delete the online gallery from Pixieset in order to free up storage space. It is my responsibility as the client to download and save the gallery and not to rely on the Pixieset album as a permanent storage place for my photos, but instead as a temporary medium for transporting the photos from the photographer to the client.

I understand that expected turn-around time is between 1-2 weeks, and agree to pay an additional express editing fee for finished galleries needed by a specific deadline before the two week mark. This fee varies depending on the season, time between the express deadline and shoot, and amount of photos needed by the deadline. My photographer reserves the right to deny express editing services during busy seasons or holidays.

I understand that my photos my be used for social media marketing and business advertising purposes, such as on the company website, portfolio, and social media.
